Recipe of the Week- Raspberry Chia Pudding



What are the benefits of Chia Seeds?


Chia seeds are a nutrient-dense superfood that can provide a range of health benefits including improved digestion, weight management, and heart health. They are also a good source of protein, fiber, omega-3 fatty acids,high in antioxidants,reduce blood sugar level, and high in calcium, magnesium phosphorus.


Raspberry Chia Pudding Recipe!


Ingredients:


1 3/4 cups coconut milk or almond milk

1/3 cup Chia Seeds

1 tbsp Monk Fruit Sweetner

1/2 Raspberries

1/2 tbsp Vanilla extract

1/4 cup Slived Almonds (optional)


How to make!


In a bowl, mix together the coconut milk or almond milk, chia seeds and monk fruit sweeteners. Whisk until well combined. Let the mixture sit for 30 minutes at room temperature or cover and store in the fridge overnight.


Once it has thickened up, layer chia pudding into mason jars or containers. Add a layer of Raspberries and sprinkle with slivered almonds. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used up.


Eat right away or seal jars and store in the fridge until ready to eat.
