About Antoinette

My Story

Antoinette Ouattara, MPH, MS, is a Clinical Nutritionist, Herbalist, Public Health Practitioner, and the founder of Nutri-Nique Living, a holistic nutrition and wellness consulting practice focused on clean eating, disease prevention, digestive health, and sustainable weight loss. With over 30 years of experience in healthcare, public health, nutrition education, and herbal medicine. Antoinette helps clients transform their health through personalized, culturally relevant, and realistic lifestyle strategies.

A college professor and sought-after speaker, Antoinette is passionate about education as prevention. She empowers individuals to move beyond fad diets by understanding nutrition, food quality, portion control, and lifestyle balance—turning healthy choices into a lasting way of life. Her integrative approach combines nutrition science, functional and herbal nutrition, lifestyle coaching, and public health principles to support whole-body wellness at every stage of life.

Antoinette believes that making healthy choices goes beyond knowing what to eat—it’s about understanding why those choices matter and how to apply them in everyday life. She educates clients on foundational nutrition principles, food labeling, portion awareness, and where to source high-quality, wholesome foods. Through hands-on guidance, she introduces clients to farmers’ markets and teaches them how to confidently navigate grocery stores to support cleaner, more nourishing food choices.

An active health educator in the Atlanta community, Antoinette regularly participates in local, state, and private wellness events focused on prevention, chronic disease management, and sustainable lifestyle change. These engagements allow her to extend her clean eating and prevention-based message beyond the consultation room and into the community.

At the core of her philosophy is moderation and balance. In a “super-sized” culture, Antoinette emphasizes portion control as a key component of weight management and long-term health, paired with mindful eating, regular movement, hydration, stress reduction, and restorative rest.

Antoinette holds a Master in Public Health with a concentration in Nutrition, Master in Clinical Nutrition and Integrative Health, and received her Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a concentration in Healthcare Administration. She also earned an Associate of Arts in Biotechnology. She studied biology at Morgan State University & Virginia Union University.

Antoinette is certified as a Nutritional Consultant, a certified Holistic Health Coach, a Certified Phlebotomist, a Certified Lab Technician, a Certified Medical Assistant, and a Certified Medical Billing and Coding Specialist.
