A consummate entrepreneur and a practicing Nutritionist since 2001, she has over 25 years of experience in healthcare, public health, and education. She also has been teaching for over 15 years in higher education. Antoinette creates a realistic system for her clients to choose smart and eat fresh.

"Eating in moderation is one of my get healthy philosophies. We live in a ‘Super Size’ world, so portion control is essential when it comes to weight loss and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Balancing exercise with portion control is the most effective combination for achieving weight loss goals. I encourage a healthy lifestyle that includes clean eating, drink plenty of water, exercise regularity, feeling good, reduce stress, and resting.
Antoinette holds a Master in Public Health with a concentration in Nutrition, Master in Clinical Nutrition and received her Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a concentration in Healthcare Administration. She also earned an Associate of Arts in Biotechnology and a graduate of Maryland University of Integrative Health and Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Antoinette is certified as a Nutritional Consultant, certified Holistic Health Coach, Certified Phlebotomist, Certified Lab Technician, Certified Medical Assistant, and certified Medical Billing and Coding Specialist. She belongs to the American Nutrition Association, the American Public Health Association, and the National Phlebotomy Association.
