About Antoinette

Antoinette Ouattara -Clean Eating Nutritionist/Clinical Nutritionist
My Story

Clinical Nutritionist, Herbalist & Public Health Practitioner, Antoinette Ouattara is a firm believer in the expression, “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure."  (Only with this Get Healthy and Clean Eating Expert, the only pounds you'll need to focus on are the ones she's helping you lose)!  "I start by educating my clients about nutrition, good-for-you foods, and natural health and well-being.  Dieting is all about attitude!  Fad diets are designed to fail because fads don't last. But more comprehensive diets, which include healthy choices based on your culture, lifestyle, and good eating habits will work."

Antoinette is the founder of Nutri-Nique Living, a Nutrition, and Wellness Consulting Practice, which specializes in promoting healthy living through clean eating.  A consummate entrepreneur and a practicing Nutritionist since 2001, she has over 30 years of experience in healthcare, public health, herbal medicine, and education. Antoinette is a college professor. She also has been teaching for over 20 years in higher education. Antoinette creates a realistic system for her clients to choose smart and eat fresh.

"Making healthy choices is more than knowing what to choose--I help my clients understand why those choices are important and where to find healthy products.  Turning a nutritionally sound diet into a lifestyle is a matter of becoming well-informed about basic nutrition, food labeling, and where to shop for quality foods.  I introduce my clients to farmers' markets and show them how to navigate the aisles of local grocery stores for high-quality, wholesome food."

A sought out speaker at state, local, and private health events, Antoinette is an active health educator in the Atlanta community.  She regularly participates in events to encourage wellness, prevention, and treatment of chronic diseases.  These also serve as a platform for her healthy eating message.

"Eating in moderation is one of my get healthy philosophies. We live in a ‘Super Size’ world, so portion control is essential when it comes to weight loss and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.  Balancing exercise with portion control is the most effective combination for achieving weight loss goals.  I encourage a healthy lifestyle that includes clean eating, drinking plenty of water, exercise regularity, feeling good, reducing stress, and resting.
