Calorie Burning Berry Smoothie


1/2 fresh banana 2 tbsp protein powder 1 tbsp wheat germ 1 tsp brewer's yeast 1/2 cup raspberries or strawberries 1cup ice 1/2 cup plant-based milk of choice


Directions:

Combine all of the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
