Beet, Apple, Carrot - Juice


Ingredients


2 medium beets, trimmed and scrubbed

1 Smith apple

3 medium carrots, scrubbed

1 or 2 lemons or limes


Directions

Wash all fruits and vegetables. Process all ingredients in a juicer, stir and serve.

Serve the juice immediately over ice, if desired.
