Antoinette's Vegan Chocolate Mousse


• 2 ripe avocados

• 1/2 cup cacao powder

• 1/2 cup maple syrup or monk fruit sweetener

• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

• 1/4 tsp sea salt ( optional)


Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender, blend until super creamy and smooth. Place the mousse in an airtight mason container until ready to eat or eat right away!
