Antoinette's Pump it Up Smoothie with Hormone Balance
1/2 cup plant-based milk of choice (Almond milk, hemp milk, oat milk)
1 cup Blueberries
1 to 2 scoops of vegan Chocolate protein powder
1 tablespoon of MCT oil
2 tablespoons of Hemp seeds
1 tablespoon of Ashwagandha
1 teaspoon mace powder
2 tbsp almond butter or cashew butter
1 cup of ice (optional)
Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
