Moringa Smoothie

Moringa contains 46 Antioxidants 36 anti-inflammatory compounds, 18 Amino Acids, 9 essential Amino Acids, 92 nutrients. “

1 to 2 tablespoon Moringa powder

4 leaves of kale

½ bunch dandelion greens

1 banana (optional)

1 apple

½ cup pineapples

2 cups water or almond or coconut milk


Combine all of the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
