Friday is usually my self-care day. No TV, no social media, and no work. However, I felt the need to post about feeding your soul because we all need a self-care day. A day to take timeout for yourself and relax, listen to your inner voice, listen to some good music, or even take a walk in the park. Pick a day that is your day. My day is Friday. Just like you would feed your body with wholesome foods, feed your soul with wholesome thoughts, and slow down. I completed a 5 -mile walk in the park for this morning’s self- care. I was able to clear my mind and reflect on my week’s progress, accomplishments, and opportunities.
What do you do for self-care?
