Ingredients 4 medium carrots 4-inch piece of turmeric root 1 granny smith apple 1 lemon 2-inch slice of fresh ginger Try buying all organic vegetables and fruits if possible

Instructions Pre- wash all vegetables and fruits Juice apple, lemon, ginger, turmeric, and carrots in this order Stir juice and serve.
